You have 7 days to from delivery date to submit your return request. Most clothes, shoes and accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery date. Items should not be washed and not worn, they should have the tags still attached, no deodorant or makeup stains on them.
They must also be put back in the original bag and attach the product details inside. Items must be packaged durably and return in good conditions. Damaged items will be sent back to the sender. Again shipping and processing fees are non refundable. Return shipping costs is the customers responsibility, we will only be responsible for the shipping fees, in circumstances where accidentally sent wrong or faulty items. Allow up to 7-10 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued.
Items that can not be returned
Lingerie, swimsuits, promotional items, final sale items, sunglasses, body suits, worn items, and also Final sale coupon code items.
If the items are returnable, you can choose to get the money back or store credit, or exchange sizes.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will work with you to process your exchange if we have the inventory in-stock to replenish your exchange.
Contact Omega@omegastyles.com to begin the process of your return. We will give you the return shipment address to send your returns upon receiving your email request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
